I typically charge around $150.00 for a jewelry insurance appraisal. If you have multiple items, I charge an additional $50.00 per item.
If you are just looking for. Verbal appraisal I charge $50 for this. In this verbal appraisal I will thoroughly inspect the item and tell you all the details you would need to know. Gemstone type, color clarity, metal content, and market value. All of this done with gemological testing equipment.
All details are taken at the appointment. The document appraisal can be either mailed or picked up at a later date.
